We offer international shipping from our online shop to the following countries: France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, and Portugal. If you have a specific query about international shipping, you can email hello@es-vedra.co.

When will i receive my order?

You should receive your order within 5 working days. Please note that we don't dispatch on weekends. 

I made a mistake, how can i edit my details?

If you've made a mistake when entering your details (e.g. forgot to add your street number), send us an email at hello@es-vedra.co or call +33 7 87 16 77 14 and we'll do our best to catch it in time.

What is your returns policy?

We're unable to accept returns for our personal lubricant, but if you feel that there is something wrong with the lube you purchased or it was broken in transit please contact us at and we will replace it.
